Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel an ongoing software development project by providing a written notice to contact@quva.in. Cancellations are subject to the milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Upfront Deposits: If cancellation occurs before any development or design work has commenced, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: Once development has started, refunds are strictly pro-rated based on the hours worked and milestones achieved. Work already delivered is non-refundable.
- Digital Goods: Any completed source code, deployed applications, or final design assets handed over to the client are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
