By accessing the Quva website and hiring our development services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Quva offers custom software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and payment gateway integration. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights of the developed software are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in a specific licensing agreement.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
